Pamela Blevins began studying Pilates 20 years ago and quickly saw the results of the method. Along with noticeable core and all-over strength came a greater awareness of her movement and a newfound focus on her overall well-being. Having experienced the benefits of Pilates and wanting to share her passion for the method, Pamela was trained and certified to teach Pilates in 2003 through Mind and Body and is a member in good standing with the Pilates Method Alliance. She is dedicated to furthering her knowledge of movement and creating a strong balanced body by continuing to study under different teachers with a variety of approaches.
