Personal training provides one with the proper planning, technique,
accountability and motivation needed to create an ideal fitness regimen.
We believe in a functional style of training that helps develop the core
muscles and provides stability in everyday movements. We use free
weights, medicine balls, balance disks, BOSU trainers, bands and cords to
create fun, challenging and rewarding workouts away from the glare of a
typical gym setting.
At Young Pilates and Fitness, clients are given fitness assessments,
individualized programs, progress reports and email support to help
guarantee their success. Also available are partner sessions, which allow
two people to share the cost of personal training sessions without
sacrificing individualized instruction. Please call to schedule or email
david@youngpilates.com for
more information.
All personal training sessions are by appointment and last 50 minutes.
Class cards expire in 90 days. 24 hour notice required for all
cancellations.

physiology and more. An experienced athlete, he has competed in the
New York City Marathon, the Seattle Marathon, the Skagit Valley

Sue Bream is an ACSM and ACE certified personal trainer whose
functional style emphasizes core strength and stability. In
addition, she is a Pilates instructor with certifications from both
Vitality Pilates and the Pilates Method Alliance. Sue specializes
in injury rehab, older adult fitness, women’s fitness (pre-and post-natal
exercise, an understanding of mid-life changes), sports specific fitness
(i.e. walkers, runners, cyclists, skaters, skiers) and general fitness.
Her belief is that fitness is a way of life and a choice that we make, not
something that we have to do. As a mother of two boys, she understands
how busy parents can be and likes helping people figure out how to
incorporate exercise into their lifestyle. Sue also owns and operates Get
Your Bearings Inline Skate School, LLC (www.getyourbearings.com) and is a
competitive inline speed skater.
